This spring I had the pleasure to shoot La Cabra which is a Scandinavian roastery and a coffee shop in Aarhus, Denmark. They’re serving a unique nordic coffee experience by bringing out a delicate and dynamic clarity in every coffee they produce.

Tuesday march 31th I participated in and photographed at the lunch event with the theme From forest to fork where the famed Swedish chef Magnus Nilsson from Fäviken in Sweden made a culinary feast.
