In November I participated in and photographed the Taste of Waldorf Astoria 2015 at Waldorf Astoria, Orlando. Excutive chef Bernard Fiermeyer from Waldorf Astoria, Orlando and Beard Foundation chef Jamilka Borges did create a common dish for the Taste of Waldorf Astoria 2015.

Wednedsday 19th August I was invited to see and photograph the magical Hotel Eden in Rome. The hotel is famed for its exquisite rooftof restaurant, Hotel Eden´s Michelin stared La Terrazza dell´Eden. I was so lucky to dine in this beautiful restaurant which has a spectacular view over the majestic St. Peter´s Dome and across the Eternal City. I had the pleasure to taste and shoot the sublime food made by chef Fabio Ciervo. 
In June I started to work for the Danish food magazine Copenhagen Food. The first restaurant that I had the pleasure to photograph was the Michelin stared restaurant Gastromé in Aarhus, Denmark. This spring I had the pleasure to photograph Great Coffee which is a traditional coffee roastery and coffee shop in Aarhus, Denmark.
