Saturday May 28th I had the pleasure to participate in and photograph the Skagerak 3 Days of Design event at the Skagerak Flagship Store in Copenhagen. It was such a lovely and cozy day with delicious food made by the Danish Restaurant Stedsans and sweet people. The two desigers Ditte Reckweg and Jelena Nordentoft from the store Stilleben did talk about the Edge pots that they’ve designed for Skagerak.
Thursday April 21th I had the pleasure to style and shoot the gorgeous table cloth and tableware from Marimekko on the aesthetic beautiful tables designed by Emil Thorup in the Händvark Showroom in Copenhagen. The pretty and very delicious cakes are form Leckerbaer in Copenhagen.
Friday 11th March I had the pleasure to photograph the Michelin stared restaurant Gastrologik in Stockholm, Sweden. The restaurant is famous for using local produce from Scandinavia. I was so lucky to dine in this beautiful restaurant and try their amazing dishes.
Thursday February 11th I participated in and photographed the Morsø Cooking at Design Werck in Copenhagen where Morsø Jernstøberi did launch their new cookware. The three Danish food bloggers Nadia Mathiasen, Martin Villumsen and Thomas Alcayaga did each prepare four dishes to serve on the cookware.
In November I participated in and photographed the Taste of Waldorf Astoria 2015 at Waldorf Astoria, Orlando. Excutive chef Bernard Fiermeyer from Waldorf Astoria, Orlando and Beard Foundation chef Jamilka Borges did create a common dish for the Taste of Waldorf Astoria 2015.
